25 meatballs for dinner and some left for work.

Squish the egg yolk & onion into the meat.
Make sure the mincemeat, egg yolk, and onions are mixed together thoroughly.
Roll the mincemeat into 20g balls or to preferred size.
Roll the Mincemeat into a ball.
In a large wok or frying pan heat the oil to medium, add the meatballs, cook, and leave space for them to move. Turn after 4-5 minutes with tongs, and cook another 4-5 minutes until brown, repeat until ready, remove from the wok and drain. Push cocktail sticks into the meatballs and serve, or add the meatballs to delicious gravy or bolognaise sauce.
